Manolo Kabezabolo releases his first ever music video Es el sistema

I am such a great fan of  Spanish punk artist Manolo Kabezabolo that I am more than happy to know than after more than 3 decades in the music industry he has released his first music video. Read this in Spanish Manolo Kabezabolo

He is a marginal artist that plays alternative punk music. His first 3 albums are great ("Ya hera ora", "la nueva mayoría", "Resina agua y ajo") He even appeared in a movie. However, the last two decades have not been very prolific for him. In this 2020 he is back and he is going to tour Spain with his new album "Tanto tonto monta tanto". His lyrics have always been very funny and clever.

I last saw him at a concert in Zaragoza in the year 2014 and I had not heard about him hitherto. Having him again in the music scene is great news for the punk music industry.

How many more times must we see the goals of Diego Maradona against England in the 1986 World Cup??? (one of them with the hand we must remember). The supposed great Maradona, who never won the Cup of Europe (now called Champions League) but he did consume plenty of cocaine during his famous football career nonetheless. There are some scenes in this movie that are abhorrent. Many of them are private from celebrations for instance that should have never been broadcasted. The aim of the filmmaker is to put the focus on the sleazy moments of the life of Diego Armando Maradona forgetting the rest. 

The incredible thing is this filmmaker made a superb movie about the fall of British singer Amy Winehouse, but he has done something that is horrible to watch on this occasion. The director only wants to show the sordid, the low moments of Diego Maradona.

Maradona has always been an icon but his movie obtains the contrary it wants and I really think the footballer should have never collaborated with this failed project.

The Mule Clint Eastwood

I know I should have watched a Christmas movie for Christmas but the truth is I watched The Mule by Clint Eastwood. I watched it with my parents and I encouraged them to follow the example of Clint Eastwood in the Mule because at 89 he renders an incredible performance. Read this in Spanish Mule Clint Eastwood

In fact, not only the character of Clint Eastwood is able to work for a Mexican drug cartel at his age, but he is also able to teach lessons and doing it in style. So fine is this character that he should be a role model for old people, no matter your age you should be always ready to live your life as you want. What is more, perhaps you get your dream job late in life...

The Mule Clint Eastwood

The beginning of the movie is not really convincing and the end is not spectacular but in between, there are a plethora of great moments, some of them really funny. The most incredible thing is that this movie is based on a true story, in the real-life of a II World War veteran who worked as a courier for a Mexican drug cartel.

Clint Eastwood has just made a new movie. However, his last appearance as an actor was in this movie The Mule. In my opinion, The Mule can be perfect to end the legendary career of Clint Eastwood as an actor because he might be working as a director until he is 100 years of age. (Hopefully he does because many of his movies are masterpieces)

Seeing an old person (I repeat, 89 years of age) working for a Mexican drug cartel driving and transporting drugs is no a Christmas movie by any means to be honest, but I recommend everybody to watch The Mule by Clint Eastwood regardless.
