Just to celebrate his third MVP (only one player currently active, Lebron James, has won it more times than him) the Serbian center proved why he was awarded it again, destroying the Minnesota Timberwolves. Nikola Jokic does have the same amount of MVP accolades as legends of the NBA such as Magic Johnson and Larry Bird.

Nikola Jokic did score 40 points. Some of them were superbly outstanding (like his final 3-point shoot for instance) and he handed 12 assists, (some of them were more like NFL games than basketball) to celebrate his new award and the victory against the Timberwolves.
The irony of the night was that Nikola Jokic was defended by Ruby Gobert who was selected as the best defender of the regular season. Nonetheless, Nikola Jokic destroyed his defense displaying an impressive performance.

Nikola Jokic reached over 9000 points, 2000 rebounds, and 700 assists during this regular season.
Given this NBA season will feature a Western Conference final against Dallas Mavericks and Minnesota Timberwolves, Nikola Jokic will have enough rest to compete at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris with his national team Serbia to keep enlarging his colossal career.
